Return Policy

14 days to return — conditions apply

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items received after 14 days are not eligible for refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free of damage, stains, odors, or alterations
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number)

3. Final Sale Items

The following are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at purchase
  • Underwear, swimwear, socks, and pierced jewelry (hygiene)
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased with a discount greater than 40%
  • Custom or personalized items

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account and open My Orders.
  2. Click Request Return on the relevant order.
  3. Select the items to return, choose a reason, and submit.
  4. You will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code by email within 24 hours.
  5. Ship the items back with the RMA code clearly marked on the package.
  6. Once received and inspected (2–5 business days), your refund is issued.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot be held liable for return packages that are lost in transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after inspection. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional 2–5 days to appear.

You will receive email notifications at each step: return approved → items received → refund issued.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures faster processing and inventory accuracy.
